Backstage is a one-off purchase of $9.99. If it is not what you hoped for, write to us within 30 days and we will refund you. No form to fill in, no reason required.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email address or receipt from your purchase. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and refunds are returned by the same method you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Gumroad handles our sales, so the refund is issued through them. Gumroad's own buyer protection applies alongside this policy, and whichever is more generous to you is the one that counts.
Try before you buy
There is a free part of the app on purpose. You can color several pages, hear some of the music and use the Style Studio before spending anything, so you know what you are getting.
What happens to your artwork
Refunding removes the Backstage unlock, but pictures you already saved stay on your device — refunding does not reach into your gallery and delete anything.
A note about devices
Your purchase works on every device you use. Your receipt contains an unlock code; enter it on any phone, tablet or computer and Backstage unlocks there too. Keep the receipt email and you can never really lose access. If you have paid and cannot get in, that is not a refund matter — write to us and we will put it right.
